1. Booking & Cancellations

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a $25 fee.
No-shows may result in full service charge depending on travel and time investment.

2. Service Guarantee

We strive to deliver professional, high-quality detailing services every time.
If you're not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly address any reasonable concerns or re-clean missed areas where applicable.

3. Vehicle Condition & Pricing

Final pricing may vary based on the condition, size, and type of the vehicle.
Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglected conditions may result in additional fees (quoted on-site).
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, contains hazardous materials, or is too unsanitary for our standard processes.

4. Weather & Safety

As a mobile service, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe work conditions.
We do our best to notify clients in advance if changes are necessary.

5. Liability

Bubble Blasters takes pride in providing safe, careful, and respectful detailing services.
We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, faded paint, loose trim, electrical issues, or worn interiors.
Customers are responsible for removing valuables and inspecting the vehicle before and after service.
While we take every precaution to prevent accidental damage, by booking with us, you acknowledge that Bubble Blasters is not insured and waives responsibility for incidental damage resulting from service unless caused by proven negligence.

6. Payments

Payments are due at the time of service.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, or other approved digital methods.

7. Add-On Services

Add-ons such as pet hair removal, engine bay cleaning, or ceramic coating may require extra time and pricing.
Add-ons must be selected at the time of booking or requested in advance.

8. Privacy Policy

Customer information (name, contact info, vehicle details) is kept private and used only for scheduling, communication, and business purposes.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

9. Service Area

We service St. Cloud, MN and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply outside our regular service zone.

Bubble Blasters reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement with the updated terms.
